Vlad Troitskyi

The founder of the CCA «DAKH», actor, director, producer, scenographer, artistic director, creator of DakhaBrakha, DakhDaughters, NovaOpera, TseSho, creator and president of the Festival of Contemporary Art  «GogolFest»


was born on November 26, 1964, in Ulan-Ude (Russia)
at 11 he moved to Ukraine with his parents.
graduated from the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute (Faculty of Radio Engineering, 1987), as well as postgraduate studies (1990).
in 2002, he also graduated from the Russian Academy of Theater Arts (formerly GITIS), Faculty of Directing and Acting, B. Yukhananov’s course.

More than 20 works as an actor, more than 60 works as director. He has worked as a director in theaters in Hungary, Poland, Switzerland and Germany and made 10 international productions.
